Absolutely! I do not want you to spend money on a pack of training sessions until we know we are a good fit for each other. You are able to purchase 1 session for $100 then decide if you would like to move forward with more training.

If you schedule and pay for your first session, I will happily refund it up until 24 hours before the appointment. After that time, I do not offer refunds.

You will complete an intake assessment which includes a full medical & surgical history so I have a good understanding of any areas to be addressed in your program. I will not train any clients who are actively going through physical therapy for an injury or surgery or is under a doctors orders to refrain from exercise. Once you have completed therapy or given the go ahead, I would be happy to work with you.
